1.) Registration:
Up to now we have about 350 people registered and in annex 1 there is a list of the names and country. If your country code is wrong, please correct. If you know of somebody who is planning to come and not registered, please ask him to do.

We have to get the numbers right by August 1 at the very latest.

(If you want an email address of somebody who has registered, let us know by email.

2.) Hotel: Annex 2 shows who has successfully booked in the Park Inn. There are still more rooms available for 14. - 16. September, but none before September 14. I had reserved 60 rooms for 14 to 16, but nothing before or after. In case you like a more expensive or less expensive hotel, feel free to cancel your reservation if you like another one better. There is no penalty for you or for us if you do it before September 1. There are quite a few hotels reasonable close to the Park Inn at Alexanderplatz. But a few things are easier for you if you do not stay too far away.

We will try to get an organised English group tour through "Reichstag" (Parliament rebuild by Forster)

4.) As far as Saturday is concerned:

early morning there will be a two hours session - short presentations followed by a podiums discussion

in the evening we have chartered a boat - cruising around in Berlin and have dinner on the boat
